GSD's Director wrote the international design guide for health and well-being. Although written as an academic text it is deliberately accessible, so anyone with an interest in reconnecting with nature, the history of healing gardens, health and well-being, school playgrounds design, reducing stress in the workplace or at home, preventing and treating depression and dementia, special needs children and therapeutic horticulture will benefit.
